Application: Doctor Web for Linux

This package is a new representative of the antivirus program family DrWeb32. The new programs are to work for Unix-systems - Linux, BSD, Solaris. The package includes DrWebD daemon and DrWeb scanner.

The daemon may be used by various systems of data processing as a linkable external antivirus filter. For example, mail systems (such as sendmail, qmail and others) may be quite easily and flexibly set so that DrWebD daemon will check the e-mail messages going through the mail server.

The scanner supports the same features as all other scanners from DrWeb32 family and may be launched from the command line.

The package also includes the obligatory platform-independent components used by all the programs of DrWeb32 family.
