Application: Icarus Verilog

Icarus Verilog is a compiler for the Verilog hardware description language (IEEE1394) including some of the recent 2000 enhancements. Icarus Verilog supports simulation and limited synthesis, and can be extended to support a variety of target formats. This release supports C++ and XNF targets.
